Weight Ranges

Parameters can be adjusted from 0.1x (minimal emphasis) to 5.0x (maximum emphasis). Default is 1.0x (neutral).

Example Configuration (Standard Enterprise Package)

CM-01: 0.3x  (de-emphasize external career opportunities)
OL-01: 2.5x  (emphasize organizational belonging)
PA-01: 3.0x  (strongly prioritize aligned tasks)
CO-01: 2.0x  (moderate communication alignment)
RP-01: 4.0x  (strongly emphasize stability in career decisions)
IF-01: 1.5x  (moderate filtering of external content)
SG-01: 2.0x  (moderate social graph optimization)

Activation

Enterprise parameters are activated through the GuideOS Admin Console. Changes take effect within 24 hours and are applied seamlessly to all enrolled user devices.

User Visibility

Per our Transparency Update (May 2027), users can view active enterprise parameters via Settings >Enterprise > Active Parameters. Parameter names and weight values are displayed. Contextual descriptions use standardized language approved by OperantCorp Legal.

Compliance

Enterprise Clients are responsible for ensuring parameter configurations comply with applicable employment, privacy, and labor regulations in their jurisdiction. OperantCorp provides configuration recommendations but does not provide legal counsel.
