What We Collect
Luminis collects behavioral, contextual, and biometric data to build an accurate cognitive model of each user. This includes:

- Communication metadata (email frequency, message sentiment, contact networks)
- Calendar and scheduling data (meeting patterns, time allocation)
- Location data (movement patterns, frequently visited places)
- Biometric signals (heart rate, sleep patterns, activity levels — with user consent)
- Voice interactions and transcripts (for voice-enabled features)
How We Use It
Data is processed through our adaptive cognition algorithms to:
- Build personalized cognitive models that predict your needs and preferences
- Deliver contextual guidance and recommendations in real-time
- Improve Luminis performance through aggregated, anonymized research
- Provide enterprise clients with workforce analytics (for Enterprise users)
Data Retention
Behavioral data is retained for the lifetime of your account to maintain cognitive model accuracy. You may request data deletion at any time, though this will reset your Luminis experience.
Security & Privacy
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Cognitive models are stored in secure, isolated environments.
Access Controls
Only authorized OperantCorp personnel with legitimate operational need can access user data, subject to audit logs and oversight.
Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell user data. Aggregated, anonymized insights may be shared with research partners or used in product development.
Compliance
OperantCorp is compliant with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA (for medical users), and SOC 2 Type II standards.
